Ad-hoc calls

Throughout the project, cities will also have the option to have bilateral calls with the ASToN secretariat and expert team to support their local activities.

In the early stages of the Phase 2, these calls will focus on budget requirements, planning and also resuming Local Group work and dynamic following COVID-19.

Cities should also consider local expertise when specific skills are missing within the ASToN local delivery team.
