Introduction

Each city will undertake local activities in their city, putting into practice the learning from each quarter, and with the ultimate goal of developing a robust and tested Local Action Plan.

A high-level indication of activities that cities are expected to undertake in each quarter is provided here. However, the exact nature and timing of these activities will vary from city to city depending on their ambitions and internal capacity.

The ASToN secretariat will provide tools and guidance to support local activities, but the project lead in each city is ultimately responsible for the effective delivery of the local activities.

The addition of the Phase 3: Experiment phase is crucial, as it gives cities the opportunity to test critical parts of their plan and adjust based on their findings.
