Communication within the network
The network will connect using online tools throughout the course of the project and will be encouraged to interact between the network-wide events.
The online spaces will be managed and supported by the ASToN secretariat, to ensure everyone communicates freely and openly, and encourages cities to support one another.
Note on COVID-19:
The network will continue to test different ways of connecting online, particularly as events remain limited by national lockdowns, and travel restrictions.
Basecamp is used to share all ASToN resources, guides and key information such as dates. Cities are also encouraged to interact with one another through Basecamp.
WhatsApp is used for informal conversations, sharing photos and updates.
Zoom is used for online network events, thematic clusters and bilat- eral calls.
G Suite is used to work collaboratively on documents.
