The collection of taxes within the territories still faces some major difficulties, such as the manual collection of taxes at dedicated collection points, the complexity of the information for citizens, the lack of reliable data on eligible individuals or the storage of these data. It therefore appears necessary to support the development of online tax collection (e-tax), allowing for improved data collection in tax terms, and then enabling us to provide better quality essential services to the population.
