This blueprint is for current and future operators of networks of cities to learn from the work of the ASToN. We’ve broken down our experience and what we learned from it across the different phases of the network, which we hope people in similar situations can pick up, learn from and use. While our work was focused on digital transitions, we believe these tools and the insights we’ve encapsulated can serve to set-up city networks on any given topic.
